The Jack Vettriano painting The Devoted Dressmaker is now available as a limited edition print. 125 Limited Editions with 15 Artist's Proofs have been released and are available mounted. The Devoted Dressmaker was displayed at the Days of Wine and Roses exhibition in 2010.
The print has been signed by Jack Vettriano to the bottom right corner and numbered on the bottom left hand corner and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

About the painting
A dressmaker in waistcoat and spectacles kneels at work on the hem of a woman's dress; we see only her legs and the dark fabric, while all our attention goes to his concentration. It turns the spotlight on the person behind the glamour that fills so many of Vettriano's paintings.
For Vettriano clothes were never just decoration: the cut of a dress or the line of a stocking tells us who his characters are. Here the title is affectionate and a little mysterious, devoted to the craft or to the woman wearing it.
