Delivery, Payment and Contact: How Buying from Jack Vettriano Studio Works
Buying a signed limited edition print is a considered purchase, and you should be able to get answers quickly. Here is everything you need to know about contacting us, paying and delivery.

To help us reply quickly, include the title of the print you are interested in and, if you have ordered already, your order number.
Prices on application
Some of our listings show "price on application". That usually means the print is a rare or sold-out edition, an Artist's Proof, or a print where each example differs in edition number, condition or framing. Just get in touch and we will send you the details and price of the example we hold. Our post on enquiring about a print explains what we will send you.
Payment
We accept:
Most major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and Maestro
PayPal
Klarna, including Pay in 3 instalments and Pay in 30 days where available, for UK residents aged 18 and over (Klarna runs a credit check, and late fees may apply)

Delivery
Within the UK, delivery is standard and fully insured, so your print is protected until it reaches you. Delivery costs are shown at checkout.
Outside the UK, please contact us before ordering and we will quote a delivery price for your country. Import duties and local taxes may be charged by your country's authorities; these are the buyer's responsibility.
Every print is carefully packed for its journey. If anything arrives damaged, contact us straight away with photos of the packaging and the print.
Certificates of authenticity
Around 99% of our prints come with a certificate of authenticity. A few publishers did not issue certificates for certain editions; if your print has no certificate, we will tell you clearly before it is delivered. See our guide to Vettriano certificates.
Changing your mind
If you buy from us online as a UK consumer, you have a 14-day right to cancel under our terms and conditions. Paying with Klarna does not affect that right; if a refund is due, Klarna will adjust or cancel your remaining payments. Full details are in our terms and conditions.
Viewing a print in person
We are an online gallery, but we can arrange to show works within about 50 miles of Birmingham by appointment. Email us to arrange a viewing, or preview selected prints at home with our see it on your wall feature.
